In addition to getting the most effective training experience in session, I will custom design the program,include in depth instructions, correct or improve your technique & support you to develop fitness in a safe & effective manner, follow-up questions and consultation are a part of your personal sessions!
My Story

Having been in fitness & dance my whole childhood, I thought I knew everything there was to know about being fit & healthy boy was I wrong.

After suffering a motor vehicle accident at 33, I couldn't even do the daily tasks I had once taken for granted, it was just too painful. So there I sat motionless at home.

Feeling quite sorry for myself & my unfortunate lot in life, I was destined to be in crippling pain for the rest of my life. I may as well quit after all why bother? Ill never get better.

After gaining 65 lbs. & unable to walk up the stairs without becoming out of breathe; I woke up & began the long & difficult journey to regain my health.

Armed with the knowledge of fitness & the willpower to change I'm here today to share with you that you too can take your life back. I did it by myself; but you don't have to. I will support & guide you the entire way from teaching you about nutritious foods that heal & give you energy through to creating a fitness plan that will get you healthy & feeling great!
