I am a Registered Nurse and independent Certified Health Coach with Take Shape For Life. I will work with you, one-on-one, along your journey to Optimal Health. It begins with making a choice to get healthy and then setting your goals. As your Health Coach, I will be there each step of the way, providing guidance and support as you approach your weight-loss goal and learn the Habits of Health.

The Habits of Health are the keys to healthy weight maintenance and long-term health.

Achieving a healthy weight is the first step in along the path to Optimal Health. The Take Shape For Life program offers you a free personal Health Coach (that's me) who will guide you as you lose weight on the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan, by using the clinically proven, doctor-recommended, portion-controlled nutrition of Medifast Meals. Along the way, I will share with you the Habits of Health that can help you to make the choices that will allow you take charge of your health for the long term.
