Emotional healing is a process that occurs when we can become sufficiently self aware to take charge of our decisions and engage more fully in relationships within our families and with our peers and co-workers. We have learned ways of coping habitually that may no longer function in our daily lives. We may have entrenched defenses that keep us stuck in relationships that are no longer healthy and lead us to communicate in ways that do not lead to positive outcomes. I try to provide a safe and confidential environment in which exploring change , fears, and a variety of emotional issues is possible.
