Mindful awareness, compassion, acceptance, and gratitude make up the foundation of my therapeutic practice and my personal life.
When we are therapeutically supported in our awareness of seeing long term patterns and stuck parts of the self that we want to move away from, we can learn to replace old ways of being that are not working very well with new found skills and relationship tools. When this happens, we can move into a place of deeper satisfaction, personal acceptance, and love.
Personally, I began working with individuals, couples, teens and families in 1980, took time off to raise a family, and returned to graduate school to specialize in transpersonal approaches as a means of working with the integrated body, mind, and spirit aspects of the self.
The people, couples, and teens I see are of utmost importance to me and I will strive to have a relationship with you based in the consideration and respect we all deserve. Having a life that works is a wonderful thing.
