YouthSource offers emotional, behavioral, and holistic health services to youth ages 13.18.
We provide support to youth and their families that help them to address emotional and behavioral disturbances that disrupt their lives.
A holistic approach encompassing all aspects of the self helps us to help you learn the healthiest ways to get better. We offer you individualized services instead of a set program to address your needs.
A thorough assessment and evaluation is conducted to determine appropriate placement in services. We continually look at the whole self throughout your participation in services, and adjust as you change and grow.
Licensed therapists who are experienced in working with youth and their families provide guidance and direction throughout your participation.
We work to help you gain and apply insight, abilities, and resources that enable you to : - Solve relationship problems - Manage your emotions in a healthy manner. - Make healthy choices that are right for your life. - Accomplish goals you make for yourself. - Have a healthy self-image and sense of self. - Cope with stress in a positive manner. - Release feelings that block progress - Reframe thinking to better support healthy behaviors.
