The focus of my practice is working with families,couples, children and adolescents.I believe through altering the family structure, family members can solve their problems. I help couples in the divorce process learn effective ways to coparent their children to ensure the healthiest environment in which they can thrive.

I specialize in working with children of divorce. As children pass through developmental phases, I guide their parents to discover ways to relate to one another as all members adapt to change.

When people are angry, anxious or dpressed, I teach them techniques to combat their destructive negative thinking by utilizing Cognitive Behavorial Therapy.
