My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Westford was very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. She was really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to her no matter how many questions I have. But, her staff is horrible. They make the OB experience miserable. They're sloppy, losing my lab work. Calling me late after reviewing my lab work when it was significant. They were not very friendly. They rush thru the time they see you. Her ultrasound tech wouldn't let me hear the heartbeat again because she said there were too many other patients she needed to see. She spent 10mins with me. Westford will not call you if you have concerns, and her nurses take their sweet time getting back to you. I would not reccomend anyone to go there. Pregnancy is already stressful, add a sloppy uncaring staff and it's a nightmare.
