She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back. I couldn't wait to refer in friends and family! When you find a good acupuncturist, you stick with them and this one is GREAT! Everyone should visit this office.
