Fitness by Dot specializes in rehabilitative training for people with back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and other joint pain such as shoulders or carpal tunnel.
A great percentage of joint pain is due to muscles, either too tight, too weak or out of balance. I teach people how to stretch out and strengthen their muscles to relieve the pressure on the joints. This will alleviate most back, neck, hip, shoulder and knee pain.
