The foundation of my bodywork is nervous system regulation to release pain, stress and anxiety. Weaving together traditional massage modalities (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy), Tui Na Acupressure with somatic therapies to address your needs on all levels. Hands on work combined with restoring your energy/organ systems through meridian work while tracking the nervous system to keep you in a restful and relaxed state. This is deep, restorative work that meets the body as a whole, holistic system with healing continuing long after our session has ended.

I've dedicated over 17 years of practice to understanding the language of pain and the body- utilizing all of my training, education and experience together so that you can embody lasting results.

I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable.
