I am proud to offer individualized treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, interpersonal issues, and much, much more. I consider women's issues and adolescent girls my specialties. In addition, I specialize in Christian Counseling, using scripture, prayer, and Biblical principles to the extent that each client desires. I am committed to helping clients take control and create positive change, so they may experience peace. My focus in treatment is developing a genuine relationship with each client, that becomes the foundation for teaching skills such as cognitive restructuring, positive coping, relational skills, and behavioral modification. These things can help you regain control, confidence, and effectiveness in relationships, at work, and all areas of your life." -
