I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in several modalities which are explained on my website please take a look for a more indepth idea of what your session would be like.
While I have a routine that works for most people I do put the client and their specific needs ahead of that and my routine is not considered cookie cutter. I incorporate several modalities into each treatment as time permits. My practice is still growing so the aromatherapy is limited as well as the music and I generally have a first session specificifed aroma and music.
I also have a very unique chair massage routine that gets a lot of good feedback but of course I always address your needs. I'm available for chair massage if you just need a pick me up.
