I am a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist serving loudoun county and the surrounding areas in Northern Virginia. I have been in private solo practice since 1989. My office is located on the Inova Loudoun Hospital campus directly across from the Inova Loudoun Birthing Inn. My specialties are low risk obstetrics, high risk obstetrics, gynecology and well-woman care, as well as surgery (both routine, abdominal, advanced laparoscopic, vaginal, and office-based). I have been affiliated with the premier multispecialty group, Loudoun Medical Group, since 2000.

I started seeing Dr. Foster about 2 years ago when I was expecting my first child. His office staff is very friendly and engaging, they learn your name very quickly, and they are always informative when answering any questions. Dr. Foster is very personable and I was immediately at ease after my first visit. He answers all my questions with thoughtfulness and thoroughness and I've been very pleased with him and his staff. It's also very convenient to have a doctor whose practice is located inside of the hospital complex.
