They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have refered Dr M. DeGennaro to my GP Dr Quinn in Greenwich NY and she has placed Dr DeGennaro on the Health Centers referal list. My orig. Aud. Dr. alowed me to purchase the worst style of aid for my type of hearing loss wirh little help in the whole process.I was ready to give up on the use of hearing aids until I found Dr. D. She provided a compleat evaluation and education re: my hearing loss, proper aid style and electronics needed with concern for cost/value. After advising I was using the least advisable aid she made an aggressive appeal to the aid supplier to exchange my equipment for new propper hearing aids at a min. cost. I am starting a new life.

Dr. DeGennaro took the time to answer all my questions! She made choosing a hearing aid an enjoyable process. The staff at Saratoga Hearing Center is warm and welcoming and I never feel like just another patient. I highly recommend their office!
