In 1978, after completing his Masters degree in Biochemistry, Tasso Kiriakes began helping his older brother run racquetball leagues and exercise programming. Through those experiences, Tasso learned he had a passion for the industry of health and fitness, and was fortunate to meet pioneers such as Arthur Jones, Bill Pearl, Jim Flanigan, Augie Nieto, and Mike Chaet; thus inspiring Tasso to change the lives of his community and the people around him.
Services
Bodez Express Program - The ecomonical program that offers use of one of the best facilities in the area. Use the entire front section of the club including Hammer, Nautilus, and Cardiotheater machines and more. A membership for those who know what to do and want a clean comfortable club with great equipment and staff.
Bodez Coach Program - Stay fit with a little help from your friends at Bodez. This supervised program includes all the features of our Bodez Express package with the added advantage of help from our experienced staff. You'll receive 3 orientations to the club where we'll show you the ropes and get you started in the right direction
Bodez One-on-One - The ultimate in personalized fitness. Work with our personal trainers to help you achieve your personal fitness goals One-on-One. We will encourage you every step of the way and support your fitness goals.
