My (2year old) son and (7 year old) daughter both saw Tracy recently for homeopathic herbal help with their allergies. In a few weeks, I saw a tremendous improvement in their coughs and sneezes. It was quite complete and welcome after trying so many other things.

I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
