I am a NY state Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Board Certified in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine ( NCCAOM). I have completed extensive advanced training both in the US and at hospitals in China administered by the World Health Organization. I continually advance my training in a wide variety of medical arenas including infertility, pain management, stress reduction, and all aspects of internal medicine. I have been serving the Finger Lakes region since 1996

Everyone in my community knows that he is are the absolute best person to go to for acupuncture. He upholds a very strong professional reputation. I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. The space is warm, comfortable and inviting. He is very professional in his appearance and demeanor. The staff was able to answer every single question I had. It was clear that everyone was trained in the methodology of acupuncture, even if they would not be performing the treatments. He was a pleasure to work with and I got great results from his treatments. He is the person I call first whenever I am feeling sick or out of balance. I know that Neil will take great care of me, he always has.
