The staff here is never friendly. I spent 90$ on a tanning package that I later learned needed new bulbs...I asked about the bulbs and the staff said the stand up bulbs were better than the lay down bed. The next day, the level 2 beds got new bulbs. I got more tan in a level one bed on Tuesday with a 2$ tan than I did spending 90$ on a level 3 package. I'm disappointed considering this is the only salon in englewood. They should not be taking customers money when they know the bulbs need changed!!!!

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I didn’t have any difficulty finding the place. I found it within a few minutes.
