Her general practice, Life Without Anxiety, has a specialization in anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, and executive coaching. She works with her clients, helping them gain insight into their difficulties that they are experiencing, and develops a treatment strategy that is tailor made to meet their particular needs. She is trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and methods for diagnosis and treatment, including, but not limited to, Short Term Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Linda's supportive and non-judgmental approach will help clients feel safe and comfortable to explore any issues causing them unhappiness in their lives. Linda encourages clients to be very involved in their healing process through homework assignments using different techniques to try between sessions. In addition to her clinical work, Linda has been an Executive Coach for the past 15 years, teacher of stress management techniques, consultant to businesses and was Director of the Cross Cultural Counseling Center.
