I was her patient for 5 months and then fired her. The entire 5 months she never sent me a bill. Then the week after I fired her, I received a bill. The bill had all the details of my 5 months with her. However, missing from the statement was a total of 8 payments that I made to her, totaling $455 that she never posted to my account. I have left 3 voice mails and she refused to return my calls to discuss it. I had to file a notice of claim on her in small claims court. She is careless and sloppy. Her office is dirty. Her couch is so filthy, I refused to sit on it. Her website is sloppy and even has misspellings on it. Her website says that she is a "Metal" Health Resource. Diana does not pay attention to details. She is also a liar. I wish I had never made that first appointment with her.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
