Gretchen Morris, Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach
I started my love of food in my early twenties when I traveled around the world dining in some of the worlds best restaurants. When I settled down and had a family, I worked in several hotels both in the dining rooms and in the catering department. Weddings were my favorite! From there I managed an italian restaurant where I ate very well.
Somewhere around 40, my body decided to shut down. I spent two months searching for answers and finally found relief and the answer from a holistic nutritionist. I had developed food allergies, Since that time, I have been living wheat free, sugar free and dairy free. This walk has been cleansing emotionally, spiritually and of course physically! I have developed a passion for educating people on how crucial food is to your well being.
With the knowledge gained from walking this path combined with over 20 years of playing around in the kitchen, I am pleased to embark on a new season in my life. I am passionate about sharing what I know and hopefully inspiring others to lead healthier, happier lives!

I am fascinated by your insightful story, Gretchen. If I was a Facebook member, I have registered a "Like" for you. Should you offer a workshop that's open to the public, I am very interested in attending.
p.s. Do you REALLY live on "Healthy Lane?" It wouldn't come as a surprise to me :-)
