I wish I could give no stars. This is a horrible doctor. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I waited 2 hours for my appointment. When I asked if this was a regular wait time, she said it was my fault that I picked an appointment on a Thursday. I guess Thursdays are busy for her. I never went back to that office and now they are calling me because they incorrectly charged me $5 less for my copay. I never received any letters and now I am in collections with this office for $5 which hurts my credit. Do yourself a favor.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a new endocrinologist due to the fact that my last one did not seem to listen to me and how I was actually feeling- she just looked and the numbers and told me I was fine.
Dr. Barron listened to my concerns about how I felt maybe my thyroid meds were too low and after my tests she let me up it and said if a little more is that I need to feel better then that's what my body may need. I am not a number, I am a person and its time that more doctors listen to how the patient feels and not say "your numbers look good so maybe its something you are doing".(so tired of that)
I do recommend this doctor if you are suffering from hypothyroidism - she is not a "synthroid only" doctor. I am on Armour and feel immensely better than when I was on synthetic thyroid which only has T4 in it.
Her staff may be newer than the older reviews here- I have had very pleasant people, from the receptionist to the nurse.
