Jason B Bour, CLC has been in practice since 2009 specializing in ADHD Coaching helping clients manage ADHD at home, work, and school. Diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as an adult himself he realized the importance of having the right tools to manage ADHD in addition to current treatment options. Using the coaching process Mr. Bour was able to turn is life around, and rebuild his life.

In addition to ADHD Coaching, New Beginnings Coaching Services also offers Relationship Coaching to help couples improve their relationship, and Health & Wellness Coaching to help you improve your overall health, reduce stress, and improve sleep.

Jason B. Bour, CLC is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), and National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists. New Beginning Coaching Services is a Certified Amen Affiliated Education Center.

My relationship with Jason is through community activism. Jason understands that the issues of ADD are not a persons problem, but a community issue that education and assistance can start to deal with. Reaching out to people and trying to help the whole is what Jason is about in his practice.
