Gina made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I paid for two visits (cash) at the time of my first visit and was never able to reach Gina again after she had my money. The massage was good but face down only. She seems a little paranoid about men asking her for a "happy ending." There were warnings about being asked to leave if you brought this up and you had to sign a document in advance of the massage. To be honest the massage was good and I fell alseep during it but she has my cash and I never received the second massage after several repeated attempt to contact her. You have been warned . . .

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
