Went to Dr. Hoover at his Beaver office for about 6 yrs., honestly he was quite helpful. At the end of 2011 his personality changed, the office was filthy, all but one of the staff had already quit most "have had enough". First day for office visits after the New Years holiday no Dr. Hoover. without any warning , hundreds of patients scrambling to find a new doctor. I would not trust this man at all, hope he got help.

I was not satisfied with my visit. They were not helpful and I did not leave feeling encouraged. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
