I was totally impressed with Dr Pilcher - I am having brain surgery with him soon. We waited 90 minutes - totally frustrated, but then he spent about an hour with us discussing the procedure with us, so I really can't complain about it!!! He probably did it with everyone! How often does a Dr take time like this with you!! :-)

Dr.Pilcher is AWESOME BUT his NP was the WORSTI had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
