Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love the care Dr Feldenzer gives!
