They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. This man never looked through my file, was totally oblivious to my condition (didn't even know why I was there in the first place), was very rude and do NOT recommend him to anyone. He was a total joke and wanted money for 3 minutes of time without anything in retain. I believe he is a scammer and a fraud. I am saving you time and trouble. He had a court case against him where he worked on the wrong body part. Wish I known before I had gone. What a quack!

I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The receptionist "Laurie" was disgusting--disheveled, non professional and very unorganized. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. He was ignorant in my simple pain management. He seemed to be drunk at the time. DO NOT GO TO THIS SO-CALLED "DOCTOR" you will regret it for sure.
