Avoid this facility at all costs!! It is unorganized - the administrator on call did not call me back but rather found my call a few days later and "figured if I hadn't called her... everthing must have been ok." The doctors over-medicate - My child's med doses were increased, and one was doubled with NO explanation. The nurses didn't know the reason, the doctor had not noted it in the chart - and after my calling no less than 5 times - I got a call 7 days after the notice he wanted to increase her meds. The reason? Based on what therapist said and a home sheet. He had not talked with my child at length or observed her over time to make this recommendation.
Family therapy is only offered during the day - last time is at 2. If you are working - you better know that they are not flexible on this point at all.
You are given home sheets to fill out with no explanation of what is helpful for them - and there is very little room to write detailed information.
Be careful who your therapist is - and if your child gets bumped. We were bumped to two therapists - the first one did more damage to my child than good. the second one was better.
Entirely unorganized facility, and with the therapists - there is very much a sense of eliteism - eg, they know more about your child and behavior than you ever will.
