My approach to counseling is eclectic. Using tradition talk therapies and modern experiential therapy, I seek to produce a positive outcome by using creative, innovative techniques in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
I have established an excellent network of medical and health care professionals that I engage in my clients' care when appropriate.
As a Certified Experiential Therapist, I facilitate intensive experiential retreat weekends to further enhance and promote recovery.
