They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan, designed just for me, and my conditions. I was given a polite greeting, *(by Patty), she is the only one I care for at the front desk personally, Patty is respectful to you, the others can be a bit rude! when I walk in, Patty is always very nice!. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me, *(Patty, is the one I prefer to speak with). You do have a long wait sometimes, but that is because, she doesn't rush her patient's, she gives them the time they need, to discuss things with her.
I have read some of the reviews people have given to DR Otten, and I do NOT agree with the things people wrote about her ! She is kind, understanding, and has been there for me, and has helped me to understand my issues **(I have many complex things going on with my conditions), she has properly addressed them, and has helped me with the right medications, and proper diagnosis's, to treat me, and help me try and live a better life. She deserves more credit, then what some of these people are saying about her!!! She has helped me so much, I live a more functional life because of her. She is a professional, wonderful doctor! I don't know where I would be without her. She has only improved my life, even though I do have many problems, (serious ones), she has made a difference for me. I will never be cured, and will always struggle, but with the proper medication, she has worked with me, to get the dosage right for my particular problems, she has changed my life for the better. I will always continue to only see her, and if she is unavailable, I can see Dr Severa, who is also wonderful also! * You people who don't give them the respect for helping you, do not deserve to see them. I will always be grateful for how they helped me, and continue to do so. Thank You Dr Otten and Dr Severa, you have been wonderful to me!
