Their office was nice and quiet. However, there was no one there except me in the waiting room. It felt like a tomb: not even a receptionist. I felt ill-at-ease. There were not even any reading materials or anything to put me at ease. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention.
I felt pre-judged.
