I have always found Mary Jen to be professional, friendly and helpful. Her calm, peaceful demeanor and extensive knowledge base gives peace of mind. She works well with other practitioners so that client questions are answered and issues can be addressed. I have made a number of referrals to her.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
