I have been seeing Dr. Willoughby and his father before him for 37 years for allergy treatment. I have found them to be very competent and professional in their medical practice. The allergy treatment that I have received over the years has literally been a godsend and life changing. The staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I travel almost 400 miles roundtrip to receive this treatment and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
