Mary Ann Ellis is a school psychologist with over 25 years of experience in problem solving related to academic and behavioral difficulties. She graduated from Flagler College (St. Augustine, Florida) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with three majors: Elementary Education, Deaf Education, and Mentally Handicapped Education. She earned a Master of Arts degree in School Psychology in 1991 and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology in 1992. Her graduate work was completed at the University of South Florida (Tampa, Florida).
Mary Ann's practical experience includes a myriad of teaching and school psychological venues. She taught children with hearing impairment, mental impairment, and behavioral difficulties. She served as a school psychologist in a large Florida school district for approximately fifteen years. During her public school tenure, she had elementary, middle, and high school assignments. She opened her private practice, "Growing Well Family Behavioral Services" in March of 2006 in Dunnellon, Florida. Mary Ann's practice is governed and driven by both school psychology ethical principles and her faith in The Lord Jesus Christ.
