I live next door. This is a half-way house for junkies! They are not counseled here. They live here. I live next door and they have caused me nothing but trouble with the noise. I have asked them repeatedly NOT to play basketball in the parking lot as it is right outside my bedroom window. They do it anyway even though public courts are just a few blocks away in either direction. Just because they are bored. And I assume TN taxpayers (including me) are paying for this. This is not a good area for junkies. I want them moved elsewhere.
