They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were kind and caring staff. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were conscious of my husband's inability to walk up the stars to the office and so met him downstairs in an empty office. The doctor was considerate of the fact that my husband was going for surgery and so provided refills for his meds which is not usual procedure.
