She provided some meaningful text book content as an initial handout and was polite, but her approach is unstructured and not actionable. She likes to talk but provides little specific diagnosis or guidance. The primary diagnosis she did provide for my child was so fraught with incorrect facts, that it had no credibility and could not be used as therapy for the child. How her notes included content that never was spoken is beyond me to comment. At one point, she admitted that she had identified an issue with the child and never bothered to recommend corrective action.

I also was frustrated that she can be very non responsive. At one point, I needed to call her 4 times over a month to finally track her down.
