HEALTHY FAMILIES CLINTON is a pro-active primary prevention program. Through the screening and assessment process those families choosing to participate in home visits can expect the Family Support Worker to provide information, education and support through:

Recognizing and reinforcing family strengths
Strengthening the parent-child relationship
Working towards goals set by families
Assisting you to find time for self, personal and professional growth
Regular home visiting which embraces early literacy and school readiness
