ServicesHypnosis is a low-risk and proven beneficial intervention for life change involving directed focus and concentration. Facilitated by deep relaxation and likened to the drowsiness of falling asleep, research has shown that brain chemistry changes during hypnotic rest when information flows more freely between the brain hemispheres. Through effective techniques, including guided imagery, visualization, and positive suggestion, hypnotherapy changes habits and can reveal new solutions to everyday challenges.
Hypnotherapy requires a commitment to yourself and your own well-being. It requires a commitment to restructure behavior, thoughts, and habits to bring out your best qualities and create a happier, healthier you. Hypnosis can be particularly effective in managing physical pain, ending fears, reducing stress and anxiety, easing situational depression, relieving insomnia, enhancing concentration and memory, and gaining self-confidence and motivation. Its benefits in weight management and smoking cessation are perhaps the most well-known applications.
