The customer isn't always right, but these people are in the victim business. Guilty until proven innocent, with enough "treatment/rehabilitation", you're still wrong...because as long as you're in treatment, they are raking in the dough...so where is their incentive to pronounce you rehabilitted?! Oh sure, it's a sympathetic ear you'll be talking to...one cataloging everything perceived wrong with you, you evildoer, maladroit perpetrator you. If you have a Y chromosome...stay away. FAR away. Definitely a misandrist, pretty stereotypical, too.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
