Simply put..... excellent service. Dr. Yates and his associate, Dr Jen are always there for us. Dr. Jen drives an hour to our farm. She literally goes that extra mile to help us with our brood mares. Both doctors take calls and give us the time we need with questions. Very personal support.

I own/operate a large boarding facility and have used Dr Yates (and Dr Smith) for close to two decades. Very professional, accessible, and personable. Both have taken care of things from routine vaccinations to x-rays and stitches over the years. We have been very pleased with their care and current veterinary knowledge.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
