I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The Veterinarian is very lacking in compassion. I will admit that he was good with my animals but when it came to me, the owner of the pet, he lacked personal skills. I also was very upset by the way that he spoke to his employees, he was very demeaning towards them in front of customers. How embarrassing for the office help. I will not be going back.
