They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

When my dog ran away I called all area vets to see is someone brought him in... This vet REFUSED to take my contact information just in cased someone brought him in. He was very rude. I can believe that someone who cares for animals as their profession refuse to halp get a lost dog reurned to his loving owners!
