Took my 2 very gentle Quarter horse geldings for a tube worming since my reg vet was out of town at the time. He was Very rough with them, he didn't even give a chance to see if they would take the tube without fighting. They had acted fine at Dr. Rob Thoni's office in Kilgore. Dr. Irwin didn't even pet them he just grabbed their nose and put a chain twitch on them which causes intense pain. My older gelding freaked out when he put it on him...neither of these horses had ever required a damn chain twitch. After the older gelding freaked out due to the pain, the man actually grabbed his ear and twisted it hard. My horse was so scared he was trembling. That was my 1st and LAST visit. Rob Thoni works with a horse gains trust...not manhandle one into submission. This man didn't even give them a chance. If you love you animals take em to Dr. Thoni not this so called Dr. Irwin. He is waaay too rough with an animal. Tried to give Zero stars but it wouldn['t let me
