My puppy has anxiety issues and rather than trying to calm him down, they had THREE people restrain him and work him up even more. They frightened the life out of him and to top it off, the woman then looked at me and said, "You need to work on that, that's not okay." It was not a behavioral issue, it was the lack of capabilities in handling my sweet, scared puppy. The front desk lady was snappy with me also, which I truly didn't appreciate considering I just moved here and wanted to find a good vet. Not a very warm welcome I received here!
