I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
