Incredibly rude and cold hearted staff. The three women that work at reception should not be working around animals or grieving animal parents. The veterinarians are very robotic and unfeeling when it comes to euthanasia. Everything is clinical and cold with no compassion. All they care about is collecting money at the end of an appointment they care about nothing else in fact they act like they’re put out because you had the audacity to call them on the phone or ask a question.

Dr. McFadden (as well as the other vets at this facility) have always been more than caring with all of our pets. We've been using them for years.

Always easy to get in, terrific health care, and great sensitivity when our beloved pets are at the end of their journey.

We would recommend them to anyone.
