I arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, but the receptionist was nowhere to be seen. I look around the corner and down the hall but didn't see anyone. I heard people chatting and laughing down the hall, but no one noticed I was there. When the receptionist came out, it was 15 minutes after my appointment time. She scolded ME for being late and said she wasn't sure they could "squeeze me in." I was the ONLY one in the reception area, and no one came in or left in the entire hour I was there. When I explained the issue my cat was having, the staff treated me as if I was an idiot. They asked questions that were completely stupid and unrelated. I explained the several things about my cat's history to them, but they then proceeded to ask me questions that I had just answered. They made suggestions that were so simple even a moron would know to do them. It was as if I had to pass an interview to get to see the Dr -which I finally did get to do after a 45 minute wait. She spent 3 minutes in the room and then left. I never saw her again. The practice isn't known for being particularly caring or attentive; but for many people, it's easier to go there than drive into MB or SLO for care.

My appointment was great. They saw my pet right away, and treated us very well. They took the time to listen to all of my input and concerns. They were very attentive. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
Dr Knighton has cared for all my dogs since 2000 very well. Even though we travel a lot, we always return to Dr. Knighton, Bryson, Tony and the rest of the staff to care for our animals.
