They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have used this veterinarian since his Dad retired, and used his father before. All together we have used them for about 40+ years. I trust and trusted this office with all of my animals and never have had any problems. Even when the animal was so sick or hurt there was no hope they handled it remarkably above and beyond the call of duty. I know you will lose animals but I want no one else in my corner when I need someone for my beloved pets.

Please review Georgia Law related to a vet carelessly allowing your pet to die. Georgia Law will only give you the "current" value of the dog - for example, a 7 y/o Beagle might be worth $50.... In other words, vets in Ga don't have to be as responsible as medical doctors. In particular, don't truth Richmond Hill Animal Hospital - I took my dog there - he was running around happy one day- I left him in thier care - when I picked him up THEY SAID HE'D BE FINE.... "HE DIED SOON AFTER WE LEFT"... Dr. Hudspeth Tried to be helpful afterwards, but I'm sure someone made a mistake... {No - they did not refund all of my money ... and no, I did not get anything to help replace the dog/friend I lost}
